add the power of greens to every meal
What's great about microgreens?
Microgreens are the kings of the vegetable kingdom. According to the Univerisity of Maryland they are up to 40x's more nutrient dense than mature vegetables. That's poweful!

Microgreens begin losing precious nutrients after they're cut from their roots. That's why we freeze dry them right after harvest. It locks in the nutrients. Oh and at best, store bought microgreens have a two-week shelf life. But our freeze dried microgreens can last up to a year. Of course you'll eat them sooner than that!

Eating balanced meals is important. Getting plenty of greens to meet this balance is hard. Luckily our microgreens are easy to use, easy to get a hold of, and offer superior nutritional density. Broccoli, our specialty microgreen, can contain around 100 times more sulforaphane. Sulforaphane is a compound that has been correlated to fighting cancer, protecting against cardiovascular disease, slowing aging, boosting brain function, and much more.
Nutritional value and shelf life begins to decrease the moment microgreens are cut from their roots. So we turn to the ancient process of dehydration, but instead of using heat, we dehydrate at cold temperatures to preserve the nutrients! This means even more nutritional value per serving, locked in nutrients, and a shelf life that outlasts any microgreen at the store. But you'll go through them faster than that!
Microgreens are up to 40x's more nutritionally dense than fully grown vegetables. Broccoli sprouts, however, are on another level containing around 100 times more sulforaphane upon cutting or chewing than mature broccoli. This gives us an idea of how nutritionally dense broccoli microgreens are since microgreens are just a few days older than sprouts. And broccoli microgrens are one of the best sources of nutrients compared to other varieties showing strong antioxidant power.
Data from the USDA tells us which nutrients we can expect from broccoli microgreens. The nutrients includes vitamin C, fiber, vitamin K1, folate, potassium, manganese, and Iron. Broccoli also contains a number of antioxidants and plant compounds including Sulforaphane.
They are among the best in nutritional value. But we're working on possibly adding more varieties. Direct message us and let us know what you think!
